CEO & Co-founder
Zhenzhong owns a PhD degree in Geomatics Engineering with research focus on low-cost high-precision real-time GNSS positioning at ETH Zurich. He started to accumulate experiences on control systems since his master studies in Geomatics Enginneering at University Stuttgart in Germany. Prior to Fixposition, he was involved in establishing a drone start-up in China.
COO & Co-founder
Lukas received his Master degree in Mechanical Engineering and Robotics from ETH Zurich. During his studies he focused on robotics where he gained profound knowledge in machine learning, control systems and computer vision. He brings in more than two years of experience in computer vision and visual navigation on drones.
CTO & Co-founder
Tonio received his Master degree in Information Technology and Electrical Engineering from ETH Zurich. He works at the Computer Engineering Group (TEC-TIK) as a Software and Hardware Engineer specialized on low-power wireless communication networks. Tonio developed a high precision monitoring network to study permafrost in the Swiss alps.
Computer Vision Software Engineer
Manish was a former Senior fusion and estimation engineer at AMZ driveless. He brings background in software engineering and state estimation algorithms particularly for self driving race car.
Computer Vision Software Engineer
Kailin has a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering and Robotics from ETH Zurich. He was former AMZ Racing team member. His study focuses were computer vision and sensor fusion algorithms, particularly in the field of SLAM and 3D reconstruction and has a solid software development background.
Kangkang was a scientific assistant and PhD in Space Geodesy and Navigation at ETH Zurich before joining Fixposition. He has been working on the GNSS data processing for 7 years in various projects: e.g., iGMAS analysis center and a nano-satellite project. He is responsible for the further development and improvement of Fixposition's GNSS positioning and navigation algorithms.
Lorenz Meier (Co-founder)
Lorenz Meier owns a PhD degree of Visual Computing from ETH Zurich. He is the author and Founder of Px4 software and created the Pixhawk project back in 2008, which are the most well known open source autopilot software and hardware in drone community worldwide. His role at Fixposition is Strategy & Business development advisory for the commercial drone market.
Michael Stucky (Financial Advisor)
Co-founder and former CFO at Glycovaxyn AG (acquired by GlaxoSmithKline in 2015 for $212m). Business coach and mentor for deep-tech startups at ETH Zurich ieLab and Wyss Zurich. Previously over 10 years of experience in Banking & Finance in Europe and North America. He advises Fixposition on its financial short- and long-term strategy.
Jean-Jacques de Dardel (Advisor)
Former ambassador of Switzerland to China and to France. The most-liked ambassador in China. Currently, he is chairman of Sinoglade International Consulting. He has made a great contribution to promoting the political, economic and cultural exchanges between China and Switzerland. He and his experienced team will support Fixposition with professional advice and a strong network.
